Opinions, not accusations

Reviews describe the writer's own experience. We remove criminal allegations, personal attacks and named individuals below leadership level.

Checked before publishing

Every review is screened automatically. Anything flagged goes to a trained moderator, who decides within 24 hours.

Small groups stay hidden

If fewer than five people have reviewed a team or location, we don't show that breakdown, so no one can be identified.

No pay-to-remove

Employers can reply to reviews. They cannot remove them or change ratings on any plan.

Fake reviews

Verified reviews carry more weight. We detect repeat accounts and remove reviews that were paid for or pressured.

Complaints

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days through our grievance process.

Court orders

We act on valid court orders the same day and log every action.

Your data

We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and will meet local data laws in every market we enter, including GDPR in the UK and Europe. Verification documents are encrypted and deleted after review. See the privacy policy.
